Delivering world-class online betting and casino entertainment to Indonesian players since our founding
jos78 is a premier online betting and casino platform specifically designed to serve the Indonesian gaming market with professionalism, security, and player-first values. We understand that Indonesian players demand a seamless gaming experience that combines international standards with local convenience, which is why we've built our platform around the unique needs of players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and cities across the archipelago.
Our platform offers comprehensive sports betting coverage including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, and esports, alongside a world-class casino featuring live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, hundreds of slot titles from top providers like Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft, and traditional lottery games including togel (Indonesia's most popular numbers game) with daily draws from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets. We pride ourselves on being more than just a gaming site - we're a trusted partner committed to responsible entertainment, transparent operations, and exceptional customer service.
Every aspect of jos78 is tailored to the Indonesian market. We support seamless transactions through local banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Our customer support team includes native Indonesian speakers available 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to assist with any questions or concerns in your language. We cover the sports Indonesians love most - from BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia matches to the English Premier League, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League - with competitive odds and instant settlement.
jos78 was founded with a clear vision: to create an online gaming platform that combines international quality standards with genuine understanding of Indonesian player preferences and cultural context. We recognized that many international betting sites fail to address the specific needs of Indonesian users - from local payment methods and language support to coverage of regional sports like BRI Liga 1 and popular game types such as togel and sabung ayam (cockfighting betting, a traditional Indonesian wagering activity). Our founders brought together expertise in online gaming technology, financial services, and customer experience to build a platform that truly serves this vibrant market.
Our mission is straightforward: provide Indonesian players with a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment where they can enjoy sports betting, casino games, and lottery entertainment with complete confidence. We achieve this through rigorous security measures including SSL encryption, verified payment processing, mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification to prevent fraud and underage gambling, and adherence to responsible gaming principles. Every member of our team, from customer support agents to technical staff and management, is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and player protection.
We believe that online gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. That's why we invest heavily in responsible gaming features including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and reality check notifications. We strictly enforce our 21+ age policy through document verification during the KYC process, and we provide resources and support for players who may be developing problematic gambling behaviors. Our Responsible Gaming page offers detailed guidance, and our support team is trained to recognize warning signs and direct players to appropriate help resources when needed.

The fundamental principles that define how we operate and serve our players
Player safety is non-negotiable. We employ bank-level SSL encryption, secure KYC verification processes, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits to protect your personal information and funds. Our payment systems are segregated and monitored 24/7 to prevent unauthorized access and fraud.
All our casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Sports betting odds are calculated using industry-standard algorithms and clearly displayed before you place any bet. We publish our terms and conditions in plain language, and our customer support team is trained to explain any policy or procedure you don't understand.
We recognize that problem gambling is a serious issue and take proactive steps to promote healthy play. Our platform includes deposit limits, session time tracking, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. We train our staff to identify signs of problem gambling and provide resources to players who need help. Our Responsible Gaming page offers comprehensive guidance and support contacts.
Your experience matters to us. We continuously gather player feedback through surveys, support interactions, and community engagement to improve our platform. Our Indonesian-speaking support team is available 24/7 to assist with any question or concern, typically responding within 2-5 minutes during peak hours. We process verified withdrawals within 1-4 hours during business hours WIB, significantly faster than industry standards.
We partner with the world's leading gaming providers - Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe - to deliver cutting-edge games with stunning graphics, immersive gameplay, and innovative features. Our platform is continuously updated with new games, improved mobile performance, and enhanced user interface elements based on the latest technology and player preferences.
We combine international best practices in online gaming with deep understanding of Indonesian market needs. This means offering local payment methods (BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA), covering sports that matter to Indonesian fans (BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL), providing games Indonesians love (togel, sabung ayam), and delivering support in Bahasa Indonesia - all while maintaining the security and operational standards expected from a world-class gaming platform.
The competitive advantages that set us apart in the Indonesian online gaming market

Our customer service team includes native Indonesian speakers available 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Average response time is 2-5 minutes during peak hours. We understand your questions and cultural context in a way international-only support teams cannot.
